source ↗ - Serious risk decision
On 8 November 2018 a delegate of the CEO of the Australian Aged Care Quality Agency made a decision in relation to The House of Saint Hilarion that failure to meet three expected outcomes in the Accreditation Standards placed the safety, health or wellbeing of care recipients of the service at serious risk. An assessment contact was conducted on 13 February 2019 at The House of Saint Hilarion to monitor the service’s progress. The Aged Care Quality and Safety Commission found the service complies with all Accreditation Standards. Serious risk is not an ongoing state; it is a statutory decision based on evidence at a point in time.
