On 20 November 2018 a delegate of the CEO of the Australian Aged Care Quality Agency made a decision in relation to Bupa Ashfield that failure to meet two expected outcomes in the Accreditation Standards has placed the safety, health or wellbeing of a care recipient of the service at serious risk. An assessment contact was conducted on 29 January 2019 at Bupa Ashfield to monitor the service’s progress.
